Justice and Peace Department is struggling to build a community which is free from disasters in families, at work places, in political arena, free from tribalism and revenge, free from oppression especially among the less privileged. There is need to build up a new heart among the people. A heart that is peace-centered, which eventually leads to integral human development. The department promotes justice, peace, human dignity, human rights, reconciliation, democracy and solidarity of people. The department takes very serious the joy and hope, the grief and anguish of children, women and men, especially of those who are poor or afflicted in any way.
